My Journey to Becoming an Actor in Atlanta: A Quick Progress Update

Things moved way faster than I expected so I am making my Atlanta post now.

I’ve been really quiet about what I’ve been doing and why I moved to Atlanta, Georgia, but I wanted to make sure I was down the right path for me before I shared my plans.

Most of you know that my personality is one that if I want to do something, I just do it. I don’t weigh the risk of it, just put my head down and focus until it’s done.

When I was a teen/young adult, I always wanted to try and become an actor, but a young Simon didn’t have the same attitude or personality of the present Simon. So after I lost my job, I decided to try my hand at acting.

I signed up for a couple of acting classes and moved to Atlanta for 3 months with the intention of seeing if I like it and if it was something I would actually want to do.

After a month, I realized I did actually love it and decided to extend my stay to try and become a working actor.
